Organise Your Finances (Part 2) 💸

Picking up from our previous tutorial, where we showed you how to list down your financial assets on Bereev. This time around, let’s talk about your liabilities. When we talk about inheritance, we tend to think about the good stuff like inheriting cash, properties, vehicles, jewellery and whatnot.

But here’s the thing, those aren’t the only things we leave behind. When we die, we also leave behind our debts, loans and other liabilities. It’s equally important that our family should know about these and get the full picture of what they’re going to deal with.

Liabilities | Loans

1 - Go to Loans @ Finance

It should be the 2nd or 3rd tile from the top.

Click on the orange Edit button.

2 - Add Loan

If you haven’t done this before, this page will be empty.

Once you’ve updated this, it will appear as a list.

3 - Select Bank and Loan Type

Select which bank issued this loan and the type from the drop down lists.

4 - Specify Loan Number, Purpose, Amount and More. (Optional)

Let your family know why did you take out this loan, how much was it for, the duration of the loan and more.

Feel free to skip this step.

5 - Upload Documents (Optional)

Attach any supporting document during this step.

Pro Tip: Attach your loan statement.

6 - Review Your Loans

All of your loans will now appear as a list here.

Edit or remove any loans by clicking on it.

Liabilities | Credit Card

1 - Go to Credit Card @ Finance

It should be the 1st or 2nd tile from the top.

Click on the orange Edit button.

2 - Add Credit Card

If you haven’t done this before, this page will be empty.

Once you’ve updated this, it will appear as a list.

3 - Select Bank and Card Type

Select which bank issued this card and the type from the drop down lists.

4 - Review Your Credit Cards

All of your credit cards will now appear as a list here.

Edit or remove any cards by clicking on it.
